Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and launch AI agents on Kastle’s platform for real borrower workflows.
- Write production-grade backend and full-stack code in Python, Java, and TypeScript to integrate with loan servicing systems, data sources, and telephony platforms.
- Own the full agent development lifecycle, including prototyping, deployment, monitoring, iteration, documentation, and best-practice development.
- Scope ambiguous customer requests and turn prototypes into stable production deployments.
- Serve as Kastle’s technical representative for key customer accounts and build relationships with business leaders and engineers.
- Feed customer learnings into the core product roadmap and reusable tooling.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering experience and 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar language, with comfort building APIs and backend systems.
- Ability to prioritize customer outcomes and deliver value over perfect abstractions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to own projects end to end with limited or no guidance.
- Confidence working directly with business leaders and engineers.
- Previous customer-facing engineering experience, such as forward deployed or solutions engineering, is preferred.
