Responsibilities
- Build self-service developer tools that enable product teams to work autonomously while maintaining system stability.
- Architect and evolve the core platform using AWS, EKS, and Terraform.
- Lead reliability initiatives, including business continuity planning and a sustainable on-call rotation.
- Support infrastructure for privacy-focused features such as Anonymous Mode.
- Implement monitoring for metrics, logs, and tracing to detect and mitigate issues before user impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles supporting high-traffic, distributed environments.
- Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes is required.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Ability to script and build tools using multiple languages, including Python, Go, Scala, or Bash.
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills for working across distributed product teams.
- Preferred qualifications include experience hardening infrastructure in high-compliance or security-sensitive environments, scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users, and certifications such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD, or KCSA.
