Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex Guidewire BillingCenter payment and transaction issues.
- Develop and configure BillingCenter solutions using Gosu.
- Troubleshoot money application, payment allocation, reconciliation, and posting defects.
- Support Direct Bill, Agency Bill, Payroll Deduct, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Build and support integrations with external payment systems.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders.
- Support production deployments, defect fixes, and stabilization efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter development experience.
- Strong expertise in GWBC configuration and Gosu development.
- Experience with PCF, Rules, Typelists, Data Model, Plugins, Messaging, Work Queues, and integrations.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP services and payment processing workflows.
- Proven production support and issue resolution experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Guidewire BillingCenter Certification, Property & Casualty Insurance experience, Payroll Deduct billing model expertise, Guidewire Cloud implementation experience, and CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
