Base Salary

$100k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex Guidewire BillingCenter payment and transaction issues.
  • Develop and configure BillingCenter solutions using Gosu.
  • Troubleshoot money application, payment allocation, reconciliation, and posting defects.
  • Support Direct Bill, Agency Bill, Payroll Deduct, and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Build and support integrations with external payment systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Support production deployments, defect fixes, and stabilization efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter development experience.
  • Strong expertise in GWBC configuration and Gosu development.
  • Experience with PCF, Rules, Typelists, Data Model, Plugins, Messaging, Work Queues, and integrations.
  • Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services and payment processing workflows.
  • Proven production support and issue resolution experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Guidewire BillingCenter Certification, Property & Casualty Insurance experience, Payroll Deduct billing model expertise, Guidewire Cloud implementation experience, and CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
