Base Salary
$104k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Investigate detected threats and leverage security products for analysis and remediation.
- Provide customers with detailed reports on actions taken for environment cleanup.
- Identify and implement effective response strategies to enhance customer security posture.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop innovative threat remediation methods.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced operational environment while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in responding to security events.
- Experience with EDR products like CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or SentinelOne.
- Foundational understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Demonstrated curiosity and experience with AI tools for enhancing workflows.
- Professional communication skills for clear technical documentation.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm MT and participate in on-call rotation.
