Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Databricks.
  • Contribute to the architecture and modeling of the enterprise data foundation.
  • Develop high-quality, well-tested, reusable transformation logic.
  • Deliver trusted, documented, and performant datasets for analysts and product teams.
  • Optimize data workflows for scale, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Help define engineering standards, best practices, and documentation across the data platform.
  • Support onboarding and adoption of modern data practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with BI developers, data analysts, IT teams, business experts, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stack components.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Python for data processing and pipeline orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud data ecosystems, data warehousing, and distributed data processing.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and environment management for data workflows.
  • Experience working with BI teams and enabling analytics use cases.
  • A focus on quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability of data assets.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and proactively propose improvements.
