Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Databricks.
- Contribute to the architecture and modeling of the enterprise data foundation.
- Develop high-quality, well-tested, reusable transformation logic.
- Deliver trusted, documented, and performant datasets for analysts and product teams.
- Optimize data workflows for scale, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Help define engineering standards, best practices, and documentation across the data platform.
- Support onboarding and adoption of modern data practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with BI developers, data analysts, IT teams, business experts, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack components.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
- Familiarity with Python for data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud data ecosystems, data warehousing, and distributed data processing.
- Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and environment management for data workflows.
- Experience working with BI teams and enabling analytics use cases.
- A focus on quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability of data assets.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and proactively propose improvements.
