Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered products that identify root causes of KTLO work and recommend solutions.
- Develop a software catalog that supports monolithic systems and achieves strong user adoption.
- Create systems that protect engineering focus time by addressing sources of distraction and mental load.
- Contribute product and engineering judgment in a high-agency, fast-moving Series A environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong product sense.
- Experience as a founder, seed-stage engineering hire, or project launcher.
- Experience working with LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to thrive in a high-agency environment.
