Base Salary
$238k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects across various product lines.
- Collaborate with AI, Legal, and GTM teams to build secure systems.
- Implement retrieval over peta-byte scale documents.
- Create organizational-level interfaces for AI collaboration.
- Manage dedicated GPU capacity across multiple regions.
- Develop 1000-step planning agents for public company support.
- Ensure government-level security for sensitive matters.
- Evaluate LLMs across a large taxonomy of tasks.
- Conduct internet-scale data collection from various jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
- Experience on product-centric teams, particularly in SaaS.
- Proven track record of building fast-growing SaaS products.
- Strong attention to detail in shipping intuitive products.
- Experience building backend platforms for multiple product lines.
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
- Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
