Base Salary
$168k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for autonomous driving, including search-based, sampling-based, and optimization-based methods.
- Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms.
- Design and build a scalable codebase for motion planning approaches.
- Interface with perception, prediction, and control components.
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring sessions.
- Cultivate a culture of product-focused engineering and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred in relevant fields.
- Proven expertise in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
- 2+ years of research experience in robotics or motion planning.
- 2+ years of C++ software development experience.
- Experience in project implementation from formulation to deployment.
- Desire for continuous knowledge and innovation.
