Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and scale AI coding assistants and autonomous-agent platforms across engineering teams.
- Develop and optimize AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines for early failure detection, deployment automation, and intelligent orchestration.
- Implement AI-based automated test-case generation, regression testing, and synthetic-data creation.
- Integrate AI into code review and architecture processes for architectural standards, automated refactoring, and code-smell detection.
- Automate vulnerability analysis through SAST/DAST while protecting critical infrastructure.
- Implement AI governance guardrails for ethical use, customer-data privacy, protection against code leakage to public LLMs, and AI API cost control.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions; cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP; and Terraform.
- Practical expertise integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong software engineering background with Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies and knowledge of architecture patterns.
- Experience securing and ensuring compliance for AI usage, including on-premise model configuration or private cloud instances to protect intellectual property.
- A strong automation mindset focused on removing repetitive work and improving engineering-team time to market.
