Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of Certinia PSA and Customer Success solutions on Salesforce.
Deliver complex, custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
Serve as the lead architect and technical lead for PS Cloud initiatives.
Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce and Certinia data models, architecture, and security.
Identify opportunities for architectural simplification and data quality improvement.
Partner with Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform in Architect, Senior Consultant, or Senior Developer roles.
4+ years of hands-on Certinia experience, focused on PSA.
Certinia PSA Implementation Consultant or Certinia PSA System Admin certification required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; other certifications preferred.
Expert-level custom Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
Proven track record as a technical lead on complex Salesforce/Certinia implementations.
Deep familiarity with PSA concepts in a SaaS or services context.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical designs to stakeholders.

Opportunity to be the senior technical authority for Certinia PSA and Customer Success stack.

Collaboration with senior leaders across Professional Services, Success, and RevOps.
