Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise workflows.
- Build reusable agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, integration components, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and error handling.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, workflow automation technologies, and iPaaS solutions.
- Design scalable approval workflows, routing logic, notifications, and intelligent automation for marketing operations.
- Assess client workflows and identify high-value opportunities for intelligent automation.
- Prototype solutions, gather client feedback, and iterate toward production-ready implementations.
- Partner with client stakeholders and present technical recommendations to technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate on architecture, technical discovery, implementation planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers on emerging AI technologies and integration patterns.
- Provide technical expertise for client pursuits, demonstrations, and solution estimation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating commercial large language models through model APIs.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, workflow automation platforms, and iPaaS solutions.
- Experience designing scalable and secure production software solutions.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional delivery teams.
- Preferred: Adobe Workfront experience, including Workfront Fusion, Workfront APIs, and Custom Forms.
- Preferred: marketing operations or content supply chain experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol and AI tool integration standards.
- Preferred: experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Analytics.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: consulting or professional services experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
