Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and methodologies.
- Define testing strategies using manual and automated approaches to maximize coverage.
- Manage testing environments, tools, data, and hardware or software resources.
- Assign QA tasks, mentor engineers, and monitor daily testing activities.
- Review test cases, scripts, and test data for quality.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate review of defects with software developers.
- Report quality metrics, risk analyses, and progress to project managers.
- Identify testing bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 10 to 11 years of EVT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Robot Framework, Karate Framework, PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, and/or Appium.
