Base Salary
$90k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of iOS and hybrid mobile applications.
- Provide technical direction, resolve complex application issues, and design modular, scalable, maintainable, reusable mobile components.
- Lead REST API integration and collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews and promote quality, security, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and lead technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, risk management, release, and production-readiness activities.
- Use logs, monitoring dashboards, and diagnostics to troubleshoot application issues.
Requirements
- Experience developing hybrid mobile applications with Ionic Framework and delivering iOS applications.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SASS/SCSS.
- Experience with mobile UI development, responsive design, reusable components, and REST API integration.
- Working exposure to React.js, Next.js, Redux, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Backend exposure to Node.js and PHP.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Exposure to Kibana and Grafana for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, MCP configuration, or similar AI-assisted development workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Android application development, Android build and release concepts, and cross-platform compatibility considerations.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and code-review capabilities.
- Understanding of mobile application structure, maintainability, performance, reusable design, and Agile delivery environments.

- Hybrid position based in Irving, USA.
- Base compensation is $90,000 to $140,000 plus COLA and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and applicable plan terms.
