Base Salary
$250k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain Rogo’s native iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Establish and refine mobile development practices for planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring.
- Own major product features from concept to launch and ship improvements quickly based on user feedback.
- Design intuitive UX, write high-performance code, and optimize concurrency, threading, and app performance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, domain experts, users, and Customer Success.
- Contribute to the architecture and direction of Rogo’s mobile and frontend platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI for iOS 16+, and UIKit.
- Experience building polished, high-performance apps with excellent UX.
- Comfort with concurrency, threading, and performance optimization.
- Ability to craft elegant interfaces and reusable, testable components.
- Self-directed, collaborative, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Bonus experience integrating REST APIs, gRPC, or Server-Sent Events.
- Bonus familiarity with AWS or Azure and enterprise app deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune and enterprise app stores.
- Interest in AI-powered experiences, mobile workflows, and finance.
