Base Salary
$140k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Select the orchestration or iPaaS platform and define integration patterns, data contracts, and authentication models.
- Build integration and authentication layers connecting Okta/Entra, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, and Notion.
- Implement automated, identity-driven provisioning using APIs, webhooks, SCIM, and event-driven patterns.
- Ship AI agents and automations for workflows including hire-to-retire and help-desk deflection.
- Convert jobs-to-be-done into monitored, reliable production automations with error handling and runbooks.
- Partner with Business Systems and teams across global offices to connect systems to shared data contracts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience building integrations and/or automations, including APIs, webhooks, SCIM, or event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with an iPaaS such as Workato, n8n, Tray, or a similar platform.
- Experience shipping AI/LLM agents or automations end-to-end, including orchestration, workflow design, and prompt design.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and Python scripting experience with production monitoring, error handling, and runbooks.
- Solid understanding of identity and authentication concepts including SSO, SCIM, OAuth, and systems of record such as HRIS, ERP, and collaboration platforms.
