Responsibilities
- Own the core AI platform infrastructure, building and maintaining shared libraries and deployment pipelines.
- Apply AI to enhance the software development lifecycle, using LLMs to parse requirements and auto-generate test cases.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop workflows that align AI outputs with FDA requirements.
- Build and evolve knowledge retrieval architecture for multi-agent systems.
- Connect AI systems with enterprise platforms like GitHub and Salesforce.
- Create automated evaluation systems to validate AI output quality.
- Develop internal developer tooling to facilitate AI integration for product engineers.
- Mentor teammates and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for building applications.
- Deep experience with FastAPI for backend development and ML model integration.
- Proficiency in React or similar frameworks for building user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Deep understanding of LLM API integration and prompt engineering.
- Production experience with deterministic tool integrations for LLMs.
- Experience with Docker, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
