Responsibilities
- Assess customer business needs and objectives and tailor implementation plans accordingly.
- Configure Keeper solutions, features, workflows, and integrations to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate with German-speaking customers in German and English, verbally and in writing.
- Develop and deliver customer training sessions.
- Create documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
- Provide level 2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and escalate risks when needed.
- Maintain records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide customer insights and feedback during internal meetings.
- Manage multiple implementation projects through timely delivery, scope control, and transparent progress communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS implementation, technical support, or a related role.
- Native German and fluent English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Experience with SaaS deployment; security software experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with Google office tools.
- Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory environments, DNS servers, authentication protocols, and LDAP.
- Advanced knowledge of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and software integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency leading external customer engagements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, client relationship management, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global regions and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- PMP or other SaaS or cloud technology certifications are preferred.
- IT experience and familiarity with Python are preferred.
