Base Salary
$191k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement architectural patterns and best practices for web applications.
- Identify pain points and opportunities to improve development experience and infrastructure.
- Work across the full stack to deliver features efficiently.
- Support and mentor engineers on best practices and tool usage.
- Lead the creation of new applications and enhance existing ones.
- Harden the component library for better integration with the design system.
- Evolve the use of libraries to improve performance and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building production web applications in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing architectural patterns and leading engineering teams.
- Familiarity with modern backend programming languages like Go, C++, or Rust.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.
