Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications using modern frameworks.
- Build agentic AI applications involving tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, and enterprise API integrations.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and evolve prototypes into production systems.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are additional desirable technologies.
