Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical vision and architectural decisions for high-throughput, highly available microservices and multi-platform solutions.
- Serve as a technical anchor across multiple engineering squads by setting standards, resolving complex trade-offs, and mentoring senior engineers.
- Create and present technical pitches, Architecture Decision Records, and RFCs to executive, Product, and Infrastructure stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps while balancing delivery velocity, technical debt, and system stability.
- Architect and write production code using C#, .NET, Go, TypeScript, and gRPC.
- Design and deploy enterprise Privileged Access Management and IDAM architectures using CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Build SCIM integrations that enforce Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
- Define data architecture across relational and NoSQL platforms and collaborate on long-term infrastructure strategy.
- Participate in incident management, contribute post-incident reviews, and drive timely resolution of incidents.
- Champion deployment automation and testing across Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK, including unit, functional, Playwright E2E, and PSR testing.
- Govern spec-driven AI-assisted development using the BMAD framework, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and reusable skill libraries.
- Participate in assigned on-call shifts.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Experience operating as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Lead Architect in enterprise product environments.
- Demonstrated experience making company-level architectural decisions, pitching complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and anchoring multi-team initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET with the ABP framework, Go, gRPC, TypeScript, and database engineering with PostgreSQL or DocumentDB.
- Hands-on expertise with Privileged Access Management, SCIM, AWS or GCP, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise with continuous delivery pipelines, PSR non-functional testing, and automated E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
