Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and assist with deployment of NLP and AI products, including RAG, content-generation, and recommendation systems.
- Experiment through rapid prototyping and evaluate problems using multiple approaches.
- Identify appropriate datasets and drive annotation for machine learning techniques.
- Iteratively improve AI systems and run evaluation experiments with statistical analysis of results.
- Monitor developments in machine learning, generative AI, emerging technologies, and academic research.
- Translate and communicate technical concepts and solutions to different stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an AI or IT Engineer; more than 5 years is required when the highest education is a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Postgres or another relational database, content applications, microservices, and application programming interfaces.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, agentic orchestration, MCP servers, classification, data transformations, optimization, deep neural networks, data structures, semantic extraction, and text representation.
- Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming, with the ability to write clean, production-ready code.
- Experience with Docker, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and RESTful or asynchronous APIs.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, creativity, independent working, transparency, and problem-solving skills.
