Responsibilities
- Lead predictive, prescriptive AI, and GenAI initiatives from ideation through production.
- Define AI solution architectures and engineering standards covering MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, scalability, security, and delivery practices.
- Guide delivery teams through technical challenges while ensuring quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Support go-to-market and pre-sales activities including workshops, solutioning, proposals, RFPs, estimates, and technical storytelling.
- Build reusable AI assets and accelerators and promote best practices and mentoring across the technical community.
- Collaborate with Azure, AWS, and GCP hyperscalers and partners using services including Azure ML, SageMaker, and Vertex AI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI projects with strong technical leadership in architecture or technical lead roles.
- Deep knowledge of predictive and prescriptive AI, GenAI patterns such as RAG and agents, and LLMOps/MLOps.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including lakehouses and warehouses, data pipelines, and cloud integration.
- Solid Responsible AI foundation covering privacy, fairness, transparency, governance, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, structured problem-solving, and ownership skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English.
