Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design and build AI-powered product solutions.
- Use AI tooling to analyze data and iterate on Integrated Knowledge Management services.
- Optimize system availability, performance, and scalability.
- Advocate for advancements in engineering processes and AI tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI-powered application design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in a major backend programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered backend solutions collaboratively.
- Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale systems and efficient algorithms.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Nice to have: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems or Agentic Systems.
