Responsibilities
- Build and deliver business-critical contributions to Blackpoint Cyber’s cybersecurity platform.
- Develop front-end and back-end services across TypeScript, Golang, React, Node.js, and Kubernetes.
- Own user experiences end to end and lead complex projects across the technology stack.
- Design architectures and optimize software for performance, scalability, and resiliency.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on technical solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, and testing.
- Lead sprint planning and break down large initiatives in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Requires 5–8 years of industry experience in full-stack development and experience delivering scalable, high-performance systems in enterprise environments.
- Requires strong Node.js and Golang backend development skills, including microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
- Requires proficiency with React and TypeScript and modern front-end architecture and design patterns.
- Requires experience designing and consuming REST, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs.
- Requires full-stack architecture experience spanning database layers through user interfaces.
- Requires database design, performance tuning, and indexing experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Requires experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud primitives such as storage, messaging, logging, and networking.
- Requires hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or similar tools.
- Requires understanding of secure APIs, sensitive data handling, authentication, and authorization using OAuth and JWT.
- Requires experience leading sprint planning, diagnosing complex issues, and working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Requires willingness to adopt AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.
- Preferred qualifications include penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, Kafka, Prometheus, Docker Swarm, Amazon ECS, and internationalization or localization frameworks.
