Base Salary
$77k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain production environments using infrastructure automation, configuration management, serverless, and containerization techniques.
- Build custom tools and automation through programming and scripting.
- Maintain and scale the continuous integration and continuous delivery environment supporting software development.
- Evaluate, plan, configure, and implement new software services.
- Apply data lifecycle management through backups, permissions management, and auditing.
- Participate in on-call operations, alert triage, escalation, and disaster recovery.
- Integrate security best practices into system designs and configurations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and Cloud and Delivery teams while contributing to code reviews, planning, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with continuous integration tools and techniques, configuration management and deployment tools, or systems administration focused on performance analysis, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- At least one year of experience as a power user of operating systems such as Linux, Windows, or Mac.
- At least one year of experience with a programming language such as Python or Golang is preferred.
- At least one year of experience with source control tools, issue tracking software, enterprise software development, cloud-native services using Amazon Web Services, monitoring and logging tools, containerization and Kubernetes, and structured databases is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- A four-year or bachelor's degree is preferred, and relevant experience and education may be combined.
- Preferred certifications include LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Associate.
