Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Champion the adoption of AI to enhance team performance and business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Embed with clients to integrate systems across various digital asset engagements.
- Own and harden parts of the shared platform, including validator clusters and deployment tooling.
- Generalize patterns from client work into reusable platform capabilities.
- Operate production systems with a focus on reliability and security.
- Contribute to architecture decisions across multiple modules.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in building and operating distributed systems in production.
- Deep familiarity with modern infrastructure stacks like Kubernetes and AWS.
- Strong software engineering skills in at least one systems-capable language.
- Experience with systems that hold or move value, such as custody or payments.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles and strong communication skills.
- High agency and ability to take initiative in a decentralized environment.
- For staff candidates, a track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
