Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from definition through maintenance.
- Expand APIs and enhance frontend functionality across the stack.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, and Data Science teams.
- Participate in team planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Deliver high-quality code iteratively with tests and documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Solve complex problems through collaborative development methods.
Requirements
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for written, virtual, and in-person interactions.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience is required.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React is required.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Spring Boot is required.
- Familiarity with API design is required.
- Comfort working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is required.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB and data modeling is required.
- Knowledge of software testing principles is required.
- Experience working with remote teams is required.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and networking is preferred.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
