Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop, code, and enhance scalable front-end and back-end software solutions.
- Integrate LLM-based copilots, RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and UI/UX for AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible-AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- The role focuses on AI integration and productivity uplift rather than model training, ML architecture, or MLOps ownership.
