$141k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software for the Mid-Market intelligence platform across requirements, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Build services, data pipelines, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool and function-calling integrations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and validate AI-generated code to production-quality standards.
- Contribute to peer reviews, automated tests, offline evaluations, and golden datasets for AI-powered features.
- Resolve defects across QA, pre-production, production, and post-release environments using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Monitor launched features through instrumentation and customer signals.
- Collaborate with product management, design, AI scientists, platform teams, and other business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing software applications or services.
- Strong coding skills in one or more object-oriented languages: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on generative AI experience through LLM APIs, prompt and context engineering, RAG/retrieval, or agent frameworks; production experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and the judgment to verify their output.
- Understanding of software development life cycle practices, web services, REST/JSON, and API integrations.
- Understanding of unit testing and Test Driven Development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data fundamentals.
- Exposure to Spark, Kafka, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, partnership, ownership, and learning skills.
