$141k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software for the Mid-Market Intelligence platform across services, data pipelines, and AI-native workflows.
- Build agentic workflows, RAG and retrieval pipelines, tool and function-calling integrations, and human-in-the-loop product experiences.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while validating generated code to peer-quality standards.
- Contribute to design, code, and peer reviews, automated tests, offline evaluations, and golden datasets.
- Investigate and resolve defects across QA, pre-production, production, and post-release environments using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Monitor launched features through instrumentation and customer signals to assess outcomes.
- Collaborate with product management, design, AI scientists, platform teams, and other business units.
- Apply Agile Development and Scrum practices while contributing to team success and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing software applications or services.
- Strong coding skills in one or more object-oriented languages, including Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on generative AI experience through work, internships, or substantial personal projects, including LLM APIs, prompt and context engineering, retrieval/RAG, or agent frameworks.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and the judgment to verify their output.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle, web services, REST/JSON, API integrations, unit testing, and test-driven development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data fundamentals.
- Exposure to Spark, Kafka, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, partnership, ownership, learning, and independent decision-making skills.
