Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery, requirements gathering, and model-building preparation.
- Review P&IDs, PFDs, and performance and efficiency calculations to perform tag mapping.
- Deploy analytics models into customer environments according to their needs.
- Validate deployed models and ensure model accuracy and output quality.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, offshore teams, customers, and other global stakeholders to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Provide structured feedback to the Product team on functionality, user experience, and deployment speed.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve model-building workflows.
- Manage project scope, timelines, communications, risks, milestones, and stakeholder accountability across multiple complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying analytics solutions, machine learning, or rule-based models.
- Experience with OT systems such as DCS and historians, process data, and industrial environments.
- Experience with power plant operations, thermal power, combined-cycle systems, steam turbines, gas turbines, BTG, BOP, APM, DCS, SCADA, historians, industrial analytics, or digital transformation.
- Ability to define and execute validation steps for model accuracy and output.
- Ability to document processes, follow checklists, and contribute to structured, scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Experience working in global environments and coordinating with cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to ambiguity and problem solving.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or process optimization environments is preferred.
