Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Shape the technical strategy and architecture for Financial Management.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer, business, and technical problems.
- Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Finance, Support, Data, and external vendors.
- Lead architectural discussions and help sequence the roadmap for incremental value delivery.
- Mentor engineers and model engineering excellence through design and code review.
- Drive improvements that increase developer productivity and customer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a Java/Kotlin environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in independently owning complex technical initiatives.
- Strong judgment in designing and operating distributed systems and microservices.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term technical direction.
- Skilled at aligning stakeholders around clear tradeoffs and executable plans.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on improving user experience.
