Responsibilities
- Own complex integration epics from discovery, requirements gathering, and technical design through execution, testing, production delivery, and operational maturity.
- Design and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, CRM, GTM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Build, maintain, and integrate AI agents and use AI coding tools to automate code generation, testing, documentation, and monitoring.
- Drive internal process improvements, reusable architecture patterns, standard operating procedures, and automated governance frameworks.
- Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, and marketing automation processes while establishing data governance, interoperability, and API management practices.
- Lead work involving Boomi, Workato, Snowflake, AWS, Python, SQL, and Alteryx Designer.
- Mentor team members and resolve complex integration challenges and system anomalies to support resilience and business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture across ERP, CRM, and GTM systems.
- Proven ability to own complex epics from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience building and maintaining AI agents and using AI coding assistants such as OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Boomi and Workato iPaaS/middleware platforms.
- Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx Designer for ETL, and Python.
- Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, CPQ workflows, API design, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to balance enterprise architecture goals with tactical delivery and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, and self-directed execution skills.
