Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client needs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze operational feasibility and recommend new system installations or modifications to existing systems.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare accurate code, documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill: Python for Insights.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, data usage, system flows, and software development processes.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute test scenarios.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, and engineering staff.
