Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for malicious activity, bot attacks, account takeover, fraud, API abuse, and network anomaly detection.
- Analyze application logs, Layer 3 and Layer 4 network traffic, WAF logs, security events, bot management signals, threat intelligence feeds, and external data sources.
- Create agents that correlate telemetry, monitor signals, trigger playbooks, and learn from feedback.
- Develop multi-agent systems supporting reasoning, planning, retrieval, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent memory, and knowledge graph integrations.
- Build AI-powered copilots and investigative assistants for security analysts.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for AI agent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of software engineering or AI development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Strong programming skills in Python and NoSQL.
- Experience building AI agents with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol for tool integration and A2A for agent-to-agent collaboration.
- Strong understanding of anomaly detection, classification, and clustering.
- Experience working with large-scale log, telemetry, network, or security datasets.
- Preferred experience with WAF platforms, bot management systems, SIEM technologies, or security analytics tools.
- Preferred experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms.
