Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software applications using React and Java Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-focused solutions.
- Implement coding, testing, deployment, security, and data-protection best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with QA teams on rigorous application testing and validation.
- Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor emerging technologies and apply relevant advancements to software solutions.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React and Java Spring Boot with a record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Experience optimizing application performance and implementing scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Knowledge of security standards and data protection regulations.
- Commitment to continuous learning and a user-centric, business-focused approach.
