Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and conduct functional, integration, system, performance, stress, internationalization, and regression testing.
- Test and sign off user stories within sprint cycles and support app releases within the team’s release cadence.
- Create test reports, analyze data, summarize findings, and present results to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues based on their impact to users.
- Coordinate testing across teams, including offshore teams, and promote testing best practices and maintainability.
Requirements
- Hands-on testing experience on Android, iOS, and/or web platforms.
- Experience creating and testing feature scenarios with product teams.
- Experience documenting test scenarios in tools such as TestRail.
- Experience working with cross-functional Scrum teams.
- Experience defining test strategies for an entire product or feature.
- Strong knowledge of formal and informal testing techniques and quality reporting.
- Preferred experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, physical devices, video streaming technology, and TV platforms such as Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, and Roku.
