Base Salary
$128k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead embedded engineering delivery, engineering teams, and delivery quality.
- Own technical execution and Director and VP client relationships.
- Set engineering standards and delivery rhythms.
- Ensure solutions are governed and transferable.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support AI-enabled client opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in embedded, forward-deployed, or enterprise software engineering.
- Experience leading a client engineering team.
- Deep platform expertise and strong client relationships.
- Experience with governed AI and platform enablement.
- Strong AI and generative AI literacy, including responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design and apply AI-enabled ways of working in client environments.
