Base Salary
$400k - $700k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack AI features end to end, from prompt engineering to API integration.
- Build and extend the agent runtime, including orchestration and tool execution.
- Design multi-surface agent experiences across web, Slack, and APIs.
- Develop internal AI tooling and model evaluation frameworks.
- Work with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs to solve complex AI challenges.
- Improve and scale AI infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
Requirements
- Experience shipping full-stack AI products to production.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or modern web frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Ability to build and iterate quickly, focusing on shipping products.
- Experience with agent orchestration, MCP, RAG, or model evaluation.
