Base Salary

$400k - $700k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Ship full-stack AI features from prompt engineering and agent orchestration through React UI and API integration.
  • Build and extend the agent runtime, including orchestration, tool execution, MCP servers, graph-based conversation state, and context compaction.
  • Design multi-surface agent experiences for the web, Slack, and programmatic APIs.
  • Build internal AI tooling and platforms, model evaluation frameworks, prompt management, and LLM observability tooling.
  • Use Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, the Vercel AI SDK, and the custom orchestration layer to solve tool-calling, long-context, and multi-step reasoning challenges.
  • Scale AI infrastructure through inference routing, model tiering, prompt caching, and streaming architecture on AWS/EKS.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping full-stack AI products to production for real users.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Node.js, along with strong backend fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs including Anthropic and OpenAI, plus tool-calling, structured output, and streaming.
  • Experience with one or more of agent orchestration, MCP, RAG, structured extraction, or model evaluation.
  • Ability to build and iterate quickly in a high-autonomy environment.
