Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems.
- Develop and modernize software using modern programming languages to support United States Government requirements.
- Implement modular, scalable, reliable, precise, accurate, and high-performance software architectures and systems.
- Analyze user needs, system capabilities, output requirements, input data, programming techniques, and controls to resolve software issues.
- Apply and maintain software engineering best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with software leads, architects, systems engineers, cyber engineers, test engineers, equipment designers, and hardware engineers.
- Support customers with on-site installations, upgrades, continuous maintenance, and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year.
- Active Secret security clearance enrolled in Continuous Evaluation and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to meet customer-specific security screening requirements within the required timeframe.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and derive software design and performance requirements.
- Proven ability to design and code new software, modify existing software, debug software, and correct defects.
- Experience with open software or system architecture solutions.
- Experience with Git-based or other software configuration management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, Nebraska.
- Preferred experience includes Linux application development with Java, Rust, Ada, and shell scripting; SELinux; Linux cybersecurity controls; Docker; Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines; cross-domain systems; and customer installation, maintenance, and support.
Benefits
- Primary base salary range is $98,400 to $147,600 annually, with potential overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus eligibility.

- No relocation assistance is available.
- The position is on-site in Bellevue, Nebraska and requires up to 25% travel.
- The role requires an active Secret clearance at start and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
