Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the automation layer across the GTM funnel.
- Identify and eliminate manual processes in Sales and SDR operations.
- Build signal-based prioritization workflows for sales representatives.
- Serve as a technical resource for the GTM organization.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools across the revenue organization.
- Build AI-assisted automation for time-consuming tasks.
- Own prompt libraries and output standards for AI-generated content.
- Build executive and operational dashboards for GTM leadership.
- Conduct analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactively flag patterns and anomalies in data.
- Work closely with the Product team to share insights on usage patterns.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and SDR leadership to understand operational needs.
- Own change management for new systems or processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Solutions Engineering, or GTM Engineering at a SaaS company.
- Strong technical foundation with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL.
- Experience using LLMs to build workflows and understanding prompt engineering.
- Sales intuition from working in a quota-bearing role or closely with sales reps.
- Systems thinker who can diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
- Analytical rigor to perform data work and translate findings into recommendations.
- Clear and persuasive communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- High ownership in fast-moving environments, thriving in startup or high-growth settings.
