Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance for other engineers.
- Ensure services and platforms are stable and scalable.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the technical roadmap.
- Participate in technical design, strategy, and coding.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
- Experience with Java, AWS, and potentially Lambdas or Kafka.
- Experience building or contributing to shared libraries or SDKs.
- Understanding of modern architectures and design patterns.
- Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks like Typescript, React, or Angular.
- Experience influencing technical outcomes across engineering verticals.
- Expertise in testing concepts and integrating best practices in the SDLC.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs.
