Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide influencing and advisory guidance.
- Make team decisions, contribute to key decisions across multiple teams, and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management and strong knowledge of materials management processes and ERP integration.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
