Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of application systems and participate in incident management processes.
- Debug complex application systems and resolve business-impacting issues.
- Deliver bug fixes and enhancements while maintaining software quality and testing standards.
- Use logging, alerting, monitoring, and KPI reporting to identify incidents and their root causes.
- Improve operational efficiency, system stability, and availability using established standards and practices.
- Contribute to continuous delivery and collaborative client solution delivery.
- Participate in a need-based 24x7 support rotation and manage multiple engagements.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Java and .NET.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
- Exposure to application monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Ability to debug code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, well-tested deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency, and confidence engaging in Q&A discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, approach challenges from multiple perspectives, and contribute to the external technology community.
