Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, modify, maintain, and optimize software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients, capture requirements and feedback, track fault reports, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current with programming practices and languages.
Requirements
- Mandatory Adobe AEM experience.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with software design, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system issues, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to create test cases, validate software, document solutions, and prepare accurate reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineers, and functional teams.
- Ability to provide effective customer communication and support.
