Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, customer-success, and technical support teams to refine the developer experience.
- Ensure APIs meet the highest standards and conventions.
- Create next-in-class user and data analytics pipeline.
- Build a world-class developer portal and documentation with AI features.
- Contribute to open source and foster a developer community.
- Incorporate the latest technologies and enhance the tech stack.
- Develop external tools and services for customer release.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering-related majors.
- Passion for building delightful developer-facing products.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Typescript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on high-volume distributed systems.
- Strong cloud experience with GCP or AWS, including Docker and Kubernetes.
