Responsibilities

Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Use infrastructure-as-code tools to automate infrastructure management.
Monitor and continuously optimize customers’ on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
Implement and maintain alerting, monitoring, and tracing capabilities.
Collaborate with developers and testers in cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban.
Represent the operations perspective to development teams, Product Owners, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure reliable operation of developed applications in customer projects.

At least three years of DevOps experience and prior experience in operations.
Completed IT degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Linux, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift.
Programming and scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, and Java.
Strong expertise implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with microservice architectures and Kubernetes deployments.
Strong understanding of network infrastructures, including routing, load balancing, and DNS.
Experience working in agile cross-functional teams is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and openness toward colleagues and customers.
Fluent German and good English skills.
Goal-oriented, structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
