Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize scalable systems and services for AI-driven healthcare workflows.
- Take AI systems from prototype to reliable production.
- Build data pipelines, APIs, and integrations connecting clinical, manufacturing, and back-office systems.
- Ship user-facing experiences that improve patient and customer outcomes.
- Own work from architecture through deployment and contribute to the foundation of a Series A company.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping production systems end to end.
- Strong backend or full-stack fundamentals and comfort making architecture and infrastructure decisions.
- Fluency with modern cloud and tooling.
- Experience putting AI into production is a plus but not required.
- Product-minded approach focused on real user outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, AI, and product.
- Willingness to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
- Ability to work in a demanding, high-ownership environment.
