Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact product areas and ship customer-facing improvements daily.
- Rapidly iterate on UI, UX, and core application logic based on user feedback.
- Decompose ambiguous product goals into clear engineering plans and execute them.
- Use AI pair-programming tools to enhance productivity and encourage team usage.
- Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability of shipped products.
- Collaborate with design, customers, and the founding team to translate feedback into product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a record of shipping customer-facing features.
- Strong frontend TypeScript skills, preferably with Svelte/SvelteKit.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres and backend TypeScript, including schema design and query optimization.
- Daily use of AI coding assistants as a productivity multiplier.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with shifting priorities.
