Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with large codebases.
- Experience in building developer tools, internal platforms, or workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools or coding agents.
- Ability to build evaluation and quality frameworks for AI outputs.
- Strong technical judgment and systems design skills.
